STORE POLICIES Exchange Policy


Thanks for considering American Biker as a source for automotive clothing. Any questions or comments you have, please feel free to contact us by email. customercare@americanbiker.com

All screen-printed products that we sell are printed in our plant in Indiana. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind each of the garments that we produce. Our apparel is of the finest quality with absolutely no seconds or irregulars.

Customer Service Specialists are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Questions about order status are most effectively answered via-email. Please have your name and order number along with your question and email to: to customercare@americanbiker.com. We will answer your questions as quickly as possible. Please note that UPS tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you when the order has been picke up by UPS. Please allow 2-3 hours after the receipt of this email to track your package at www.UPS.com as tracking progress does not commence until the package is scanned at our local UPS hub.

For a limited time UPS Ground shipping on orders of $70 or more is free!!-Our free shipping offer applies to one shipping address only per order. Multiple ship-to addresses will incur additional shipping charges. To determine UPS time in transit, click here.

For your convenience, we have extended our Christmas exchange period until January 14, 2005. Our exchange policy requiring a Return Authorization number still applies to returns for orders in this time frame. No Sales Tax applies to all states but Indiana and Tennessee. We do apply 6% sales tax to all Indiana addresses and 9.25% to all Tennessee addresses.

We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days of the date we receive them. Credit card orders are not charged until your order actually ships although you will see an authorization on your card as soon as you place your order. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses, and only to business days, when UPS is operating. We are unable to ship overseas.

ALTERNATIVE ORDER PLACEMENT OPTIONS
You have other order placement options. You may print a blank order form and fax 24 hours a day to 1-888-569-9756. Please be sure to include an email address and phone number for confirmation of order and tracking numbers. Fill out the order form completely, including your credit card number and sign the form as authorized to use your card. American Express, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. We do not accept Discover. Please remember that our preferred method of ordering is still through the website as our site is on a secure server. Your information is only accessible to American Biker order entry personnel and is never sold or rented to anyone. Occasionally, we may e-mail you when we update the site or add new styles.

If you prefer to pay by money order or to mail in your credit card information, print a blank order form. Again, fill out the form completely and include an email address and phone number for confirmation of order and tracking numbers. Make money order payable to Next Marketing, Inc. EXCHANGE POLICY Store Policies


Exchanges are totally at your discretion, just email us first for a Return Authorization number. The exchange form that came with your order must be included in your package in order to produce a replacement item or to receive proper credit. To better assist you, let us know why you are returning your item(s). Be sure to provide an email address or telephone number in case we have questions regarding your order. If you do not have the exchange form that was included in your order, you can download one here.

Authorized Returns must be recieved within 14 days in new condition with all manufacturers' tags intact. Please retain all packaging materials until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will help in the event you need to exchange any items as your order information is included on the shipping label. Items must be packaged and sent pre-paid freight using the shipping method of your choice: We will not accepet COD return deliveries. Any returns without replacement item(s) will be credited to your original charge card. In order to expedite your exchange, it is very important that you contact us and request a Return Authorization number prior to sending your order back to us. We are not responsible for the delivery or refusal of any package that is not authorized. This authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package as well as included where indicated on the exchange form. Your shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly. Please send all authorized returns to:

We strongly suggest keeping your shipping receipt until the credit has been applied to your credit card or you have received your replacement item. In the event your order was received incorrectly and you would like to exchange the item, we will issue a UPS Return Services tag to pick up the incorrect garment from you. Of course, reshipment of the correct item is on us. We do not expect you to pay freight costs either way in this case.

Please allow 14 days for the receipt of your exchange. High volume exchange periods including dates surrounding Christmas may result in an additional delay. Any adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I exchange a American Biker item I received as a gift? Don't worry; you are welcome to exchange your item. Just fill out the return form that was included in your order, if you do not have one, you can print one here. We won't tell the original purchaser. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the original credit card used when the order was placed.

Can I cancel or change my order? If you would like to cancel or change your American Biker order, please send us an email or give us a call as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accomodate your request, however please keep in mind that our fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We cannot change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

If I select UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air, will I receive my order in one or two days? Processing time is usually 5 days. Selecting an upgradable shipping method only expedites the time in transit once the order is shipped.
